1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dog Cards AI ("App"), an app by do while true, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Dog Cards AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to transform photos of dogs into art and shareable cards in a variety of styles. The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Requirements

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have a compatible iOS device
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Upload photos you do not have the right to use
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to generate your requested artwork.

5.2 Generated Content

The AI-generated art and cards you create are yours to use for personal purposes, including sharing with friends and family and printing for personal use.

5.3 Our Content

The App, including its design, features, styles, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Treats (credits)

The App uses a virtual currency called "Treats" to generate cards. Treats are:

• Purchased through Apple's App Store
• Consumable (spent when you generate cards)
• Non-transferable between accounts
• Non-refundable except as required by law

6.2 DogCards Plus (subscription)

DogCards Plus is an auto-renewable subscription that includes a monthly allowance of Treats, watermark-free cards, and access to every style.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown in the App.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support through the App Store.

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI results may vary in quality and accuracy
• Generated images are artistic interpretations
• We cannot guarantee specific visual outcomes
• Processing times may vary based on demand

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, profits, or goodwill; service interruptions or errors; or third-party actions or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or content you upload.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, unused Treats may be forfeited.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Dog Cards AI, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
